Does your office have a Pilot Program for New York? My brother who is incarcerated in Green Haven Correctional in Stormville NY was convicted to 21 years, at a young age, the gun was never produced and he has already served 14 years... He classification has dropped and he has been pproved for a Medium Correctional Facility. I have made numerous calls and texted Mayor Cuomo's office to ask why has my brother Luis N Ramos (09-A-2415) has not been transferred to the Medium Correctional Facility yet. Hope that you may reply to this comment with se guidance as to what else I can do to bring me brother home, especially to his children and grandchildren. Blessings
